Selling terms
- Configuration/Overlooking has to be done by APC technicians (For Dar es salaam only): This UPS requires APC technical configuration when purchased, for warranty to be active. Please note that the buyer has to install the UPS themselves, with an APC technician overlooking the installation. (wirings and accessories not supplied with UPS)
- Standard warranty for Dar es salaam: 1 year on-site repair or replace with factory authorized Start-Up (WARRANTY VALID ONLY IF CONFIGURED/OVERLOOKED) BY APC SERVICE CENTRE AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS)
- Standard warranty for Tanzania Up-country: 1 year on-site repair or replace with factory authorized Start-Up (WARRANTY VALID ONLY IF CONFIGURED/ OVERLOOKED) BY APC SERVICE CENTRE AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS. Additional charges for transport/ lodging etc will be incurred by the buyer if machine is for up-country in Tanzania (Charges depends on location)
- Booking of Configuration: Once you purchase it, we will give a time and date when the APC team will be able to come for configuration
- Setup with additional charges(For Up-country Tanzania): Our APC technicians will provide configuration at your site in locations across Tanzania with an additional charge which depends on the location, provided that the buyer installs the UPS themselves and has all wirings and accessories ready (UPS is not supplied with any wires or accessories and have to be purchased separately by the buyer)
