Products which have warranty
Terms of warranty
- Warranty is only valid if you use power surge protectors or UPS
- Any product returned with defects during warranty period will be checked properly first for causes (whether reason is manufacturing defect or caused by user) and then decision will be made for repairs
- Warranty in most cases will be sorted by repairs, but if the distributor finds any manufacturing defect, or the repair parts are not available, then they shall consider replacing the product with a new one
- Warranty is VOID if power outages or fluctuations cause the product to stop functioning

- APC - 2 year for 3-phase UPS (via APC service centre), only valid if set-up done by APC authorized service center technicians. If setup is not done by authorized service centre , warranty is void

How we sort returns on warranty products
For any defects which takes places within the timeframe mentioned above, we shall only accept the product provided that the following terms are met:
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box
- Valid efd receipt copy: Our efd receipt copy should be attached to your returns which will prove the date of purchase and that the product is actually bought from us
- Return delivery charges: The buyer must pay for the return delivery charges and inform us
What happens after we receive your returned product/s
Once the product is returned to us, we send it to the authorized distributor for checking the product for manufacturing defects and they shall decide whether to repair it or to exchange it. In most cases exchange is not possible, only repairs shall be done within the warranty period. In case there is no manufacturing defect found in the product and caused by user installation errors or outside forces, the product shall be returned to the buyer without any rectification. Whatever the case, we shall inform the buyer.
What happens after the warranty period expires
Once the warranty period of the product expires, we shall hold no responsibility whatsoever for the product. No return, no exchange shall be entertained thereafter. (Although in some cases we may provide you with outsourced repairs specialists who can repair your product at your own expense)
