• JBL Portable app: It's an app. We've all used them, and they can come in real handy. The JBL Portables app gives you access to support, updates, and customizable audio controls - so you can get just the right sound to suit your mood at any moment.
• Why there no USB-C charging cable included: To minimize e-waste, we consciously choose not to include a charging cable in our packaging. However, you can use any standard USB-C cable to charge your JBL product.
