How do I pay for a purchase?
For TANZANIA
- Card payment: We accept 6 major debit/credit cards - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Amex
- Phone payment: Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money (*details mentioned further in this page)
- Bank transfer (For selected products): For some products which have a "BANK TT" Tag on them, you can send a transfer to our Habib Bank account (**details mentioned further in this page)
- Cash on delivery: We accept cash on delivery in Dar es Salaam for selected brands and order value only. Any order from Up-country Tanzania has to be pre-paid (****see our terms and conditions mentioned further in this page)
For AFRICA
- Card payment: We accept 6 major debit/credit cards - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Amex
- Phone payment: M-pesa (KENYA ONLY)
- Bank transfer: You can send a transfer to our Habib Bank account (*details mentioned further in this page)

This option is available for any customer in Tanzania only. You can send a phone transfer using our PESAPAL payment portal which will guide you in the procedure during checkout.
**Bank payment details
This option is available for any customer in Tanzania or other countries for specific products of high value ( Above Tshs 9,000,000/-) and have "BANK TT" Tag on them. You can send a bank transfer to our below mentioned account, once you have made the payment, we will require you to send us the Transfer copy via email on help@empire.co.tz

We offer C.O.D in Dar es Salaam only. We have limitations to the order value eligible for C.O.D. as mentioned below
- C.O.D is applicable for orders below Tshs 2,500,000/- for specific brands including HITACHI, SONY, PHILIPS, TEFAL, MOULINEX, JBL, GREEN LION. If your order value is above that amount, or your order contains brands other than the ones mentioned above, you shall have to pre-pay your payment before we can process dispatch. In some cases we may allow higher amounts on orders (please contact us for that)
