Refund policy
- We have a strict no-refund policy
- Exchanges are applicable for defective or damaged goods(if applicable)
All our products are properly checked before shipping. In case you receive a defective or damaged product, you have to inform us within 2 hours from the time of receiving the product, then only we shall exchange it for you. If such an incident occurs, call us on +255-754265747 or send us an email at help@empire.co.tz informing us about the problem immediately and then send it to us.
We will not entertain any requests for returns or exchanges of the shipment after 2 hours of receiving it.
Once we receive your item, we shall inform you accordingly after verifying it and have your exchanged item shipped back at no extra cost.

- Shipping for returns of defective goods
To return your product, you should send your product to: Empire Greeting Cards Ltd, Elite Tower Building, Mezzanine floor Shop No.14, Azikiwe Street, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. If you wish to mail us the product, please send it via REGISTERED-MAIL to: Empire Greeting Cards Ltd, P.O. Box 272, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Empire Online Shopping shall be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if we find your query to be genuine.
